Dr. Shashi Kant Baliyan

Managing Director

Shashi is the driving force behind the group and its vision. Shashi brings to the table strong leadership skills, vigor and a passion for excellence. He believes in nurturing a culture that is entrepreneurial, result oriented, customer focused and based on teamwork. He has given strategic direction to complex medical equipment management industry in India, since his inception of Clearview Healthcare and has been a key force in giving birth to ClearMedi's current shape and form, globally. Under his able leadership, ClearMedi is well poised to be a leading managed equipment services group, bringing state of art cancer care to Tier 2 and Tier3 cities in India.

Shashi is a qualified medical doctor with a Master degree in Hospital Management from Nuffield Institute of Health, Leeds UK. He has a proven track record of over 12 years in advising and consulting various NHS, private sectors and some blue chip companies in UK. He is a PRINCE2 Project Practitioner. Advised Clinicenta one of the independent sector treatment providers in UK and helped them win and execute various NHS contracts from Department of Health UK. Advised Kingston Hospital, London on their strategy for Business Continuity and Disaster recovery and wrote a document for the Trust in this regard. Worked as a management consultant and project manager for companies like Accenture and CSC.

Dr. Guglielmo Brayda di Soleto

Founding partner in 1989 of Desstone that provided medical technology services for hospitals, in 1996 he established Medipass, where he was President until 2006. Founding partner of ISMS (International Society for Medical Shockwave Treatment). President of the Scientific Committee of Fondazione Montecatone onlus. With a degree in Medicine and Surgery from the University of Bologna, specialized in Neurology, he has held hospital positions in Neurology and Neuro-radiology and been supervisor of Medical Technology Projects at the Technological Scientific Center of Emilia Romagna. He has attended specialized courses at the N.I.H. and other clinical imaging centers in Italy and abroad. He has published various novels (Mondadori, Sperling, ...).

Giuseppe Vailati Venturi

Giuseppe Vailati Venturi contributed to the creation of KOS, and has been CEO since 2007.From 2001 to 2003 he was Corporate Development Director of CIR S.p.A, following the company's direct investments and the acquisitions made by its subsidiaries. Prior to this he worked at Bain & Co. as a consultant in the company's Milan office, working on different industrial projects and assisting in M&A transactions. He graduated in Business Economics in 1994 from L. Bocconi University in Milan, and in 1998 he obtained a Master's degree in Business Administration from Insead (France).

Achille Di Bernardo

From 1999 to 2007 he worked in the Milan office of Value Partners Management Consulting, carrying out important strategic and commercial development operations for major industrial groups and services both in Italy and abroad, and in 2006 was appointed Senior Engagement Manager. In the last three years he has specialised in the Healthcare sector, working with health groups, pharmaceutical companies and producers of medical technologies.

He previously worked in the Marketing and Strategic Planning Department at Elsag, of the Finmeccanica Group, in Genoa, contributing to the development of Information Technology services. He graduated in Business Economics from the University of Genoa in 1998.

Michele Corti

Michele Corti is the Business Development Director of Medipass.

He is responsible for Medipass's international strategic projects such as acquisitions, start-up of new ventures and project financing initiatives, leading the entire transaction process from business planning to due diligence and deal closing. Before joining Medipass Michele was Engagement Manager with Value Partners Management Consulting. Michele holds a Master Degree in Management Engineering by Milan Polytechnic.
